Delivery Options

Our standard delivery option is offered free of charge on all orders. Almost all items are despatched by fist class post the same day if the order is placed by midday (* restrictions apply)

The Delivery Options:

• Standard Delivery (UK only) First Class Royal Mail – an untrack service. Most items arrive the next working day – but please allow up to 4 working days.
• Royal Mail Special Delivery (UK only) is a tracked and signed for service. Items will arrive by 1pm the next working day. Please ensure someone is available to sign for the parcel.
• Royal Mail Saturday Delivery (UK only) is a tracked and signed for service. Orders placed and approved by midday on Friday will arrive by 1pm on Saturday. Please ensure someone is available to sign for the parcel
• European Delivery  is an untracked service by Royal Mail and can takes approx 5-7 days.

At our discretion we will use other services at no extra cost to the customer. If you have particular requirements, please contact customer services for advice and quotations - 0114 258 4045 or Contact us.

• Most items are in stock. If your item is not available we will contact you to either offer an alternative, equivalent item or advise when the order will be despatched.
• Perma Pre-inked stamps take longer to produce and the order needs to be received before the close of business the day before it is due for despatch.
• If a proof has been requested when placing the order – we will need to have approval of the proof before midday to ensure it can be produced in time to leave here the same day.
